Healing Circles

SOCIAL SECTOR TEAMS

bringing hope to communities starts by taking care of yourself

Healing Circles are virtual platforms that bring together those working in social justice or social change professions.

We draw on the arts to inspire, energize and appreciate those in your teams who are working on the ground, provide workshops like CBCT (Cognitively Based Compassion Training) to build resilience and sustain motivation to work and help field teams workers come together, connect, care for themselves, and feel a sense of community.

A recent report from Forbes revealed that 45% of nonprofit employees plan to pursue new jobs by 2025. Of these, 23% say they no longer plan to work in the nonprofit industry.

Right now more than ever, sustaining the passion, wellbeing, and purpose of social sector employees is crucial, as millions of marginalized Indians experience worse conditions ever due to the pandemic.

This period has been devastating for marginalized communities, and also especially frustrating and challenging for those who serve them. The unprecedented hurdles faced by those delivering services during the pandemic can disconnect many frontline workers from the reasons they chose to work in this sector in the first place.
